I want to apologize for the lack of news. It’s been several weeks since I last updated The Russian Doll, but that doesn’t mean there will no longer be updates: I’ve been very busy with my study and work plans, which doesn’t let me much time to post things related to Natalia. Though, as it’s easier just to post photos instead of complete articles (photos + description + comment/point of view), I almost daily update the gallery of the blog. You won’t find many appearences’ photos since I don’t have much interest in simple press shoots showing Natalia going here and there, but in photos having a real aesthetic aspect (in the way the photo is taken: portraits, black and white pictures, etc). + All the information about the photos (year, photographer, credit, etc) are written as tags.

+ If you see the tag “please credit” under a picture, that means YOU HAVE TO CREDIT BY LINKING BACK TO THE RUSSIAN DOLL GALLERY OR THE RUSSIAN DOLL if you repost it on a forum or something else.

+ As well, if you see a “ANV”, “Natalia Web” tag or whatever site’s name under a picture, you have to credit this site.

+ Please, guys, if you want one of the pictures to be posted in your tumblr, use the “reblog” button, it’s so easy, why always wanting to repost instead of reblogging…

+ Last but not least, TUMBLR.COM/TAGGED/NATALIA-VODIANOVA ISN’T A SOURCE, and I’d like to say something about it because people are always confusing everything when it comes to name a picture’s source found on tumblr ^^’ When you post pictures on a forum and write this as a credit, you’re crediting the platform, not the person who posted the picture on their blog. It’s as if you said “I found this picture thanks to google images” and posted a link redirecting to natalia’s google images page. Think about it ;)

Concerning The Russian Doll, I will update it as soon as I get less busy, and maybe change the blog’s layout.

Today, February 28th, is Natalia’s day: the Russian supermodel celebrates her 30th birthday! I wish her the best, I’m sure she spends a good time with her friends and her family, and that’s all we can hope for her!

Today Natalia enjoyed herself in Russia, she posted pictures and wrote on her twitter page: “Just had so much fun!!!! We were sledging at Patriarshie! I have not done this for ages!!!”
